My name is Nika and I work as a stylist and blog at fashion-agony.com. If I could describe my style in three words, they would be experimental, feminine and minimalistic. I have to be in different places throughout the day so comfort is a must when it comes to my everyday shoes. I love flat sandals for summer, but low heels and platforms are an option when I want to add a chic touch to my outfit or have to look formal for a meeting.
I live in Lviv, a city in Western Ukraine with ancient European architectures and lots of small coffee shops, as well as thousands of tourists. I chose this simple outfit to get a cappuccino downtown on a Sunday morning. The city is just starting to wake up and there’s almost no one around, which, incidentally, is the best time to shoot outfit pictures. I’m wearing my favorite jeans from Asos and my new pastel Dolce & Gabbana bag that matches my beige CMG flats perfectly.
Almost every day I style for magazine and brand photo shoots, and this second look was perfect for one of those days. It is more on the edgy side featuring a velvet choker necklace and a round-shaped sunglass, and thanks to these CMG flats, edgy can turn out to be comfy as well. I got so in love with the style that I got them in both black and beige! I’m also wearing my new summer top from Ivyrevel and my go-to bag – the Lulu by Saint Laurent.
This third look was worn to a meeting with a client amidst the working week. I don’t have a strict dress code which gives me the freedom to spice things up with my outfits. This time I paired my new lace-up back shirt with the hot pink CMG platforms that work great with neutral palettes, and wore my favorite white, skinny jeans from Levi’s to complete the look.
